It has decent personnel on the reception desk. The location is in an exceptionally nice spot close to the event that we were attending. And it's nestled in a recently renovated building very close to outside pubs and both Cheltenham and Tewkesbury.

Property was recently renovated, I enjoyed the stay.
I had quiet 1-night stay here! The room I booked was could have been warmer 16 % not high enough also fitted sheet kept coming loose so uncomfortable at times and available with the complimentary tray, tea plus a big bathroom. The restaurant had warm food.

Liked spending my time in this fairly clean great budget hotel. My twin/double room with coffee, comfortable beds, for instance was beautifully designed. The setting was peaceful, so close to garden, Cheltenham, and Gloucester city centre. Also, Church of st Catharine was 3 km away.
Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

Overall I spent my time lovely. Stylish double room and the bed was very comfy. The bathroom was big with shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. The location was good in an extremely comfortable area, near train station, a taxi and Gloucester for work.
